Excellent séjour
5/5 • 6/6/2568Nous y avons séjourné 13 jours (fin novembre / début décembre 2024) en famille (âges de 40 à 79 ans répartis en 4 chambres et suite).
Nous avions retenu le « Club Med » pour permettre à chacun de pouvoir profiter, suivant ses goûts, des différentes activités ainsi que des excursions proposées.
Nous n’avons pas regretté ce choix et le séjour fut un « sans faute » tant pour les activités sur le site que pour les excursions en mer (payantes organisées par le Club Med).
La restauration était excellente et les soirées « blanches » remarquables (tant pour leur buffet que pour leur spectacle).
Le Chef de village était « très présent » en toutes occasions alliant amabilité non feinte et professionnalisme évident.
Le système utilisant une application sur smartphone est très pratique pour signaler tout problème (exemple une ampoule d'éclairage hors service) avec une excellente réactivité. Il permet aussi (chambres deluxe et suite) de commander (heure choisie) un petit-déjeuner en chambre.

Un séjour paradisiaque
5/5 • 14/5/25685/5 pour ce magnifique Club Med, un séjour parfait en tous points. De l’accueil jusqu’au départ ce fut un sans faute.
Notre chambre supérieure donnait sur les jardins et les pierres volcaniques, une vue zen et très appréciable. La literie est irréprochable tout comme la salle de bains.
La restauration est formidable, que ce soit à La Distillerie avec un large choix au buffet ou au Phare pour un service à table d’une qualité incomparable.
Tous les barmen/women c’est la grande classe, les cocktails étaient toujours impeccables.
Pour l’animation, tout était parfait, avec un adorable chef de village (Mehdi), secondé par l’infatigable Hansley et sa bonne humeur communicative.
Nous avons été magnifiquement reçus au Spa Cinq Mondes et remercions particulièrement Cathie pour ses bons soins.
Le club enfants est tout simplement extra, mené par Ophélie et Matthew. Nous remercions chaleureusement tous les GO de s’être si bien occupés de nos enfants : Anaïs, Emilie, Rachel, Denzel, Hans et tous les autres.
La réservation est faite pour l’an prochain !
