Get your fill of greens at the Healthy Corners in our restaurants, where you can choose from a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. From fresh, ready-made salads in creative presentations, to crisp make-your-own salads, each bite is a delight to the senses. Liven up your plate with at least three colours for a well-balanced meal: Red fruits and vegetables, for example, are rich in heart-healthy antioxidants. Eat healthy and re-energize.

Dawn Sim (Founder)
A teacher in the fitness industry for over 20 years now, Dawn conducts classes for Yoga, Pilates and Aerial Yoga. As a mother of 4 daughters and an entrepreneur who founded Fit-losophy, she has a passion for improving the quality of lives for others through proper movement and self care.
Conducting Soundbath and Family Yoga classes from 14 to 20 May 2023, twice daily

Sheri Tan
Since first falling in love with the feeling of flight and inversion, Sheri has been building strength and flexibility, un-doing decades of damage from the perils of the corporate lifestyle. Teaching was a natural development and for the past 4 years, she has been sharing the foundation and principles of aerial yoga.
Conducting Aerial Yoga, Aerial Stretch and Floor Yoga Basics classes from 7 to 13 May 2023, twice daily

Annie Low
With a background in dance and since the tender age of 5 years, Annie has always had a passion for movement and exercise, and that passion sees her continuously upgrading herself as a teacher. To date, she teaches a variety of classes including Aerial yoga, Aerial Barre, Pilates, Barre and Dance. Expect lots of fun and sassy moves with Annie at her classes!

Melanie Foo (Founder)
Leaving the corporate world behind as a Forex Broker, Melanie found calmness on the mat as it requires much focus and discipline. She is now the founder and CEO of Warrior Studios, a yoga and fitness studio located in Singapore.
She is a massive adrenaline junkie, and is up for any thrilling activities! So, it won’t surprise you how much she loves arm balances and being upside down in inversions. She is also a firm believer that you give life to what you give energy to! When she is off the mat, you can catch her with her daughter, or travelling and taking over the world - one yoga pose at a time!

Jacqueline Ng
Jacqueline started yoga as a hobby and unexpectedly discovered that it brings her calmness even throughout her daily life. Having fallen in love with yoga, she hopes to share the experience because she thinks that yoga is for everyone as it is not exclusionary but all encompassing. She believes that there is nothing to prove on the mat; just be yourself, relax and move with the flow.
Regardless of your level of practice, Jacqueline would love to be a part of your yoga journey.

Compounding Workshop
With a hands on session with LUSH compounders, learn the step by step process of what does into designing and making LUSH bath bombs. Get to take home and enjoy your very own creation at the end of this workshop.

Beach Clean up
Once a week, participate together with our resort team in a Beach Clean Up activity as part of our Club Med Happy to Care program that is committed to create eco-friendly environments in all our resorts. Enjoy a complimentary bath bomb on us at the end of the session!
