The human element is at the core of his approach to design and decoration.
Inspired by Art Déco, the restaurant has been totally revamped to create a variety of ambiences. Guests have the choice between intimate dining ""tête à tête"" or more exuberant moments with family or friends. There are three terraces, providing a series of magnificent and peaceful panoramas looking over the sea.
The swimming pool bar has been totally redesigned to create a great new relaxation area.
